Summary: A seasoned Deployment Lead with expertise in managing end-to-end deployments of enterprise-grade Collections Applications tool, leveraging ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft SQL Server, and modern GenAI integrations. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize deployment pipelines and guide the team in implementing best practices. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet both user needs and technical requirements. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC framework. - Experience in Application Deployment Tools & Automation - Strong in deployment packaging, web.config transformations - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns. - Good in Defect Analysis & Management Skills (RCA, Defect Triage, Test Script Validation) - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version Control & Branching Strategies, particularly proficiency in Git. - Familiar with integrating GenAI APIs into ASP.NET applications (CWB) - Familiar with Security and governance awareness while using AI services (data privacy, usage monitoring). - Basic understanding of Functional flow of collections & dispute process - Familiarity with Azure DevOps - Managing deployment-related change requests, approvals, and incident resolution Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 year full time education is required. - Work from office minimum 3days a week15 years full time education
