Experience:

• Overall Experience: 7.5+ years
• Relevant Spring Boot Experience: 4 to 10+ years
• Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (mandatory)

Job Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer Spring Boot , you will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, contributing to the analysis, design, development, and testing of application components for multiple clients. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, proactively resolve technical challenges, and continuously enhance application performance and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Lead and collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Take ownership of key technical decisions at both individual and team levels.
• Work closely with multiple teams to drive critical design and implementation initiatives.
• Provide effective technical solutions to challenges across teams.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.
• Continuously assess and improve development processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot .
• Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot development.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Java, Microservices, and Lightweight Architecture .
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices .
