Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Custom House Agent Documentation position, based in Kolkata. The role involves handling import and export documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance for customs clearance processes, and maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service and coordinating with clients for seamless shipping processes.
Qualifications

Knowledge of Customs Brokerage and the ability to handle customs-related documentation
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships
Experience in Export and Import Export processes and regulations
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Proficiency in related software and tools is an added advantage
Previous experience in the shipping or logistics industry is preferred
