Role: Curriculum Developer - Technology of the Future

ENpower is hiring for the role of Curriculum Developer (Tech) to be a part of the Knowledge team.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in STEM curriculum design and program development.
• Must have a degree: Bachelor of Engineering or Electronics/ Computer Science.
• Desired: MA Education / MA EdTech or equivalent advanced study.
• Strong exposure to EdTech, STEM/STEAM labs, Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL), or maker spaces.
• Practical experience designing curriculum in areas such as Robotics, Coding, Electronics, IoT, 3D Design, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with curriculum alignment to NCF, NEP, ISTE, SDGs and project-based pedagogies.
  

• Initiative & ownership: Drives projects independently, accountable for outcomes.
• Decision-making under ambiguity: Makes sound choices with incomplete data.
• Communication: Clear writing, documentation, and facilitation.
• Detail orientation & quality mindset: Ensures accuracy and consistency.
• Observation & active listening: Integrates real-world insights from trainers and students.
• Tech fluency & tool agility: Proficient in GenAI, Canva, LMS platforms, and adaptable to new technologies.
• Time management & reliability: Handles multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Curriculum Development: Create NCF-aligned Tech lesson plans, assessments, and teacher resources.
• Lesson & Content Design: Develop engaging lessons using activity-based pedagogy, gamification, and tech integration.
• Content Repurposing: Adapt existing tech modules into videos, worksheets, and gamified experiences.
• Technology Integration: Embed emerging technologies (IoT, prototyping tools, digital storytelling).
• QA/QC: Establish standards, rubrics, and review systems for tech content.
• Field Engagement: Conduct visits and integrate student/trainer feedback.
• Innovation & R&D: Track global tech trends, lead pilots, and contribute to ENpowers knowledge bank.
