Cultural Manager

Role Title: Culture Manager - Marketing

Collaboration: You will need to work closely with the Digital Marketing team

Project Duration: This is a project-based role for a 4-month duration.

Role Purpose

The Culture Manager is responsible for building, nurturing, and amplifying the Dave & Busters culture on-ground in Delhi. This role ensures that the venue is not just a place to play, but a community-led experience for guests.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Community Building & Engagement

• Help organise, plan, and coordinate community-building activities and events.
• Coordinate with aggregators to list and promote the event.
• Build connections with local communities, colleges, Resident Welfare Associations, corporates, creators, and interest groups.
• Drive recurring engagement formats (game nights, contests, themed nights, employee-hosted events)

2. Event Planning & On-Ground Execution

• Conceptualise culture-led events aligned with the D&B brand (gaming, sports, pop culture, festivals)
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, ops, F&B, bowling, games) for smooth execution
• Manage event timelines, vendor and external-party coordination, and on-day logistics
• Ensure high energy, guest interaction, and memorable experiences during events

3. Partnerships & Collaborations

• Identify and manage partnerships with local brands, creators, sports communities, and campuses
• Support PR and influencer events from a culture and experience perspective.

4. Planning, Reporting & Optimization

• Maintain an events and culture calendar
• Track participation, engagement, and overall impact of initiatives
• Share post-event reports, learnings, and recommendations
• Continuously refine formats to keep the culture fresh and exciting

5. Rapid Content Creation & Live Event Coverage

• Create quick, high-energy content during events and daily venue operations for social media usage
• Capture live event moments, guest interactions, behind-the-scenes culture, and employee-led experiences
• Work closely with the marketing and social teams to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with ongoing campaigns and trends
