CTO | Fintech Portfolio Company

One of our Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a CTO to scale and grow the technology capabilities of the business as they start evolving their products into an AI-first direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15+ acros front-end, back-end engineering
• Deconstruct, design, and rebuild the architecture of the busness to be AI-first
• Manage the company's core technology infrastructure and ensure stability while scaling
• Drive improvements across the end-to-end technology strategy
• Work very closely with non-technical founders to drive the business forward
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence

• Requirements
• At least 8 to 10 years in technical roles
• 4 to 5 years of prior experience leading a team is critical
• A fintech background is critical
• Prior experience building or integrating AI products into an existing tech stack will be an advantage
• Someone who can act as a strategic partner to the Founder, but also as a hands-on executor
