Palladium is seeking a seasoned CSR Fund Raising Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in fund raising, who can help us secure vital resources for our projects. As a CSR Fund Raising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fund-raising strategies, identifying potential donors and building strong relationships with them, and coordinating fundraising events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to meet project objectives
• IDentify and cultivate key donor relationships to secure funding
• Coordinate and execute successful fundraising events and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of donations and communications with donors
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fund raising
• Post-Graduate in Economics / Finance / MBA/ Rural Development / Social Science / Social Work (MSW) or Equivalent

Languages:

• Hindi, English and Marathi
