The Role in a Nutshell

Youll be our operations powerhouseshaping strategy, rolling out plans, and owning execution

across awareness drives, Thalassemia care, blood camps, testing events, community outreach,

capacity building, and more. Lead a team of coordinators, associates, and volunteers to deliver

big impact that lasts. Its hands-on leadership: total ownership, sharp coordination, and building

programs that grow.

What Youll Do Daily

Strategy & Program Leadership

Craft and push our yearly strategy to match TWFs big vision.

• Plan programs, chase funds from CSR, crowdfunding, HNIs; track Blood Bridge, HPLC tests,

awareness events, and partnerships everything that can be summed up as Resource

Mobilisation from all possible channels to fuel up your programs.

Spot risks or roadblocks early, fix them, and pivot smartly.

Team Building & Management

Oversee all verticals.

Set goals, KPIs, and metrics everyone owns.

.Run reviews, train up the team.

Build a tight-knit, fired-up crew chasing purpose.

Partnerships & Networking

Forge strong ties with NGOs, corporates, colleges, govt, you name it.

. Show up for TWF at meetings, events, and key convos.

Team up with founders on MoUs, CSR deals, and synergy plans.

Processes & Tracking

Roll out SOPs for donors, patients, campaigns.

Shape reports that keep partners and funders in the loop.What It Takes

Lead diverse teams with heart and grit.

Proven at designing/running health or development programs with many players.

Get communitiesurban fringes to deep rural.

Think ahead, solve problems at scale.

Killer comms: English fluent (Marathi a bonus), great at pitching partnerships.

Love datadashboards, KPIs to guide moves.

Laser-focused, no distractions.

Perfect Fit

Masters in Public Health, Social Work, Dev Studies, MBA (social lean), or similar.

2-3 years managing programs.

Healthcare/NGO background? Gold. Tech in health/social? Even better.
