We at SoftNis, are hiring for one of our clients for the position of CSOD Techno-Functional Consultant (SSE Role).

Duration: Minimum 12 Months

We are looking for an experienced CSOD Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), EdCast LXP, and enterprise API integrations for a large-scale HR system environment.

Mandatory Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)

Proven experience in 12 EdCast LXP implementations integrated with CSOD

Strong expertise in CSOD APIs and REST-based integrations

Experience integrating CSOD with Core HR systems

Hands-on knowledge of JSON, OAuth, and SAML authentication

Exposure to enterprise-scale implementations (50K+ users)

The ideal consultant should have a strong techno-functional mindset, capable of handling both platform configuration and complex API integration scenarios.
