Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CS+Legal Manager based in Mumbai. The CS+Legal Manager will be responsible for handling legal compliance, preparing legal documents, overseeing legal affairs, and providing legal consultancy. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring legal alignment, managing regulatory requirements, drafting and reviewing contracts, and supporting corporate governance activities. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain seamless legal operations will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or LLM is highly preferred).
• Company Secretary (CS) - Mandatory
• Experience within the real estate industry or corporate governance is an advantage.
