Location: Mumbai
Shift: Night Shift (UK Process)
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Freshers can apply
- HSC (12th Pass) with minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat and voice support
- Assist customers with banking-related inquiries and services
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
Salary
CTC: 2,43,000 p.a. to 3,50,000 p.a.
