Vacancy for CS Trainee
We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) Trainee to join our dynamic team!
This opportunity will provide hands-on exposure to:
- Corporate secretarial work and company law compliance
- Drafting of board and shareholders resolutions, minutes, and filings
- Corporate governance and legal documentation
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters, including practical exposure to resolution processes and NCLT proceedings
Eligibility:
- Executive or Professional level student of ICSI
- Good communication and drafting skills
- Eager to learn and grow in corporate law and insolvency practice
Location: New Delhi
Vacancy: 05
