Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and impact-driven CS Articleship Trainees to assist in corporate secretarial and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ROC/MCA filings and statutory compliance
• Drafting notices, minutes, and resolutions
• Maintaining statutory records
• Assisting in audits and due diligence
• Support compliance team ensuring corporate law adherence
• Client coordination for document collection and submission

Eligibility:

• CS student registered with ICSI cleared the CS Executive Programme and is eligible to commence Articleship.
• Candidates who have partially or fully cleared the CS Professional Programme will be an added advantage.

Skills Acquired:

• Drafting and reviewing corporate and compliance documents
• Exposure to financial statements, statutory filings, and tax-related compliance
• Coordinating with partners, professionals, and regulatory authorities
• Assisting in handling compliance and governance matters
