- Responsible to drive cyber security business across the India & SEA region across cybersecurity, compliance, advisory services, staff augmentation and secure AI domains.
- Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets.
- Identify, grow and nurture major Cyber opportunities in the Telecommunications space with primary responsibilities for the development of Verizon India and ATT India for Security Operations, Security Engineering, Compliance, AI, and executive governance of those specific client engagements.
- Manage prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop a sales pipeline with guidance from the Sector Head for the GBL and SMU
- Develop, nurture and manage key client relationships- for Wipro and for Wipro Partner Security Ecosystem.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing company accounts
- Mentor the existing team of Cyber Practitioners and grow the team
- Build, manage and lead a consulting team to support your growing consultancy business
- Working with global and local teams, help organize project approaches and teams for client delivery.
- Possess over 10+ years experience in a client-facing sales and delivery role where the emphasis was on Cyber Security Managed Services and/or Consultancy.
- Sell at senior levels, understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at board level
- Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
- Be a true new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped earnings
- Demonstrate the ability to formulate and implement go-to-mark strategies
- Preferred Locations – Chennai or Bangalore
- Fluent in Tamil and Hindi
