Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM & Shopify Growth Manager, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
What This Person Will Own (End-to-End)
1 CRM (Revenue Automation Engine)
Abandoned cart flows
COD confirmation flows
Repeat purchase journeys
WhatsApp campaigns (via Gokwik)
Email automation
RTO reduction flows
Segmentation (COD vs prepaid vs repeat vs high AOV)
They should think:
How do I increase revenue per customer?
2 Shopify Backend Control
Product listing optimization
Collections logic (for B1G2 smart display)
Checkout optimization
Offers & discount logic
App stack management
Tracking pixels (Meta, GA4 etc.)
Analytics dashboard
They should think:
Where are we losing conversion?
