Job Description

We are looking for a proactive CRM to manage customer relationships and post-possession activities for premium residential communities. The role involves coordinating with residents, internal teams, and RWA members to ensure smooth handovers, issue resolution, and strong community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resident relationships and handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Coordinate offer of possession and physical handover with project, CRM backend, and facility teams.
  • Handle post-possession issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Attend and coordinate with RWA members and estate managers to address community concerns.
  • Organize resident engagement events such as cultural programs, sports activities, and community events.
  • Maintain MIS reports, resident data, and weekly trackers.
  • Support marketing initiatives and lead generation through resident interactions and events.
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Real Estate, Hotels and Restaurant Property Management, or Customer Experience roles.
  • Ability to manage resident relations and community activities.
  • Good coordination skills with multiple internal teams.
