Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad - Hybrid

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for a CRM-based application. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and hands-on experience in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and platform support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Dynamics 365 CRM
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and integrations
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Support CRM configurations, JavaScript customizations, and C# plugins
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis
• Support Power Automate workflows
• Ensure SLA adherence and participate in rotational/on-call support
