Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)

Developer with 46 years of experience in designing data models,

building Recipes, and developing dynamic dashboards. The ideal

candidate should be capable of understanding existing client data

models and translating them into optimized CRMA data assets and

analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client Salesforce and external data models and design optimized CRMA data models.
• Create data model diagrams and define relationships, joins, and data grain.
• Develop and maintain Recipes, Dataflows, datasets, and data assets.
• Schedule and monitor recipe runs and data sync processes.
• Build interactive dashboards and widgets (charts, tables, KPIs, filters).
• Write and optimize SAQL for dynamic widgets and advanced calculations.
• Implement dashboard bindings and cross-filters.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce org structure and security model.

Required Skills

• 46 years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in
• CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM).
• Proficiency in SAQL and dashboard development.
• Experience designing and scheduling Recipes and data syncs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce standard/custom objects and
• relationships.
• Strong SQL fundamentals preferred.

Preferred

• Salesforce CRM Analytics Certification.
• Experience integrating external data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
