Location: Bangalore, India (On-site)

Salary Range: 22,000 24,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Agent who is fluent in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English to join our growing Customer Relations team.

The CRM Agent will act as the first point of contact for our clients and field partners, ensuring seamless communication, prompt issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer queries across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, service, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Educate customers on drone solutions, service schedules, and after-sales support processes.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Provide translation or support in local languages when required for operational communication.
  • Assist in developing and refining customer service scripts and FAQs.
  • Participate in customer feedback analysis to support improvements in product and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 13 years of experience in customer service, support, or CRM roles (experience in Agri-tech, telecom, or logistics sectors is preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of agriculture, drones, or field operations will be considered an added advantage.
