About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MES Modeler with strong expertise in Critical Manufacturing MES. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MES modeling, implementation, and rollout, along with solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in MES projects
• Strong experience in Critical Manufacturing MES tool as a Modeler
• Must have Implementation and Rollout Experience with Critical Manufacturing MES tool
• Must have Manufacturing domain knowledge on Production process, Assembly process etc.
• Must have good experience in requirement collection and strong analytical skills
• Should have knowledge on SQL Server
• Good to have knowledge on programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML
• Must have very good communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and model solutions on Critical Manufacturing MES based on business requirements.
• Drive MES implementation and rollout across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
• Map manufacturing workflows including Production, Assembly, and related processes into MES.
• Provide technical support during deployment, testing, and golive phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, IT, and production teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 7 years of experience in MES projects.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Modeler in Critical Manufacturing MES.
• Proven expertise in MES implementation and rollout.
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing domain, including production and assembly workflows.
• Excellent requirementgathering and analytical capabilities.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to C#, JavaScript, HTML.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments.

Communication

• Must possess excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
