We are a growing **management consultancy/legal firm** based in Kolkata, looking to onboard a **practicing Criminal Lawyer** with hands-on court experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle case filings, hearings, and legal documentation.

* Draft legal notices, petitions, and replies

* Provide legal advice and strategy on criminal cases

* Coordinate with internal teams and clients for case updates

* Ensure compliance with legal procedures and timelines

**Requirements:**

* LLB degree from a recognized university

* Minimum **5 years of active court practice** in criminal law

* Practising in Court.

* Strong drafting, argument, and case-handling skills

* Must be based in or willing to work from Kolkata and travel.
