Quikjet Cargo Airlines is looking for an experienced Crew Rostering Manager to join our growing operations team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in DGCA crew licensing, thorough understanding of FDTL, and hands-on experience building safe, compliant, and efficient rosters for airline operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and publish monthly & weekly rosters

Ensure full DGCA FDTL compliance (duty, rest, WOCL, FDP)

Coordinate with Licensing, Training, IOCC & Flight Ops

Track qualifications, expiries, and regulatory requirements

Manage day-of-ops disruptions with precision

Requirements

46 years of crew rostering experience in a DGCA-regulated airline

Strong knowledge of DGCA licensing & FDTL

Experience with crew planning tools (AIMS/Jeppesen/other)

Excellent communication and crisis-management skills

Location: Bengaluru (on-site)
