Job Title: Crew Coordinator

Job Description:

The Crew Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating crew deployment for vessels and marine projects. This role includes handling logistics, documentation, travel arrangements , and ensuring full compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate crew sign-on and sign-off schedules
  • Handle travel arrangements, visas, tickets, and accommodation
  • Ensure all crew documentation is valid (certificates, medicals, licenses)
  • Maintain crew schedules, deployment plans, and rotation charts
  • Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and vessel management teams
  • Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate crew records and reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in crew coordination or marine operations preferred
  • Knowledge of maritime documentation and compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and crew management systems
