Job Description:
The Crew Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating crew deployment for vessels and marine projects. This role includes handling logistics, documentation, travel arrangements , and ensuring full compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards .
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate crew sign-on and sign-off schedules
- Handle travel arrangements, visas, tickets, and accommodation
- Ensure all crew documentation is valid (certificates, medicals, licenses)
- Maintain crew schedules, deployment plans, and rotation charts
- Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and vessel management teams
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate crew records and reports
Requirements:
- Experience in crew coordination or marine operations preferred
- Knowledge of maritime documentation and compliance standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and crew management systems
