Job Description

Aimsure Global Solution is hiring Loan Advisors / Credit Specialists / Loan Sales Executives for one of our reputed BFSI / Fintech clients, Freed India Private Limited , based in Gurgaon (Sector 30) .

We are looking for energetic, sales-driven professionals with experience in loan sales, credit advisory, retail lending, or financial services sales , who are comfortable working in a target-based environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on suitable loan and credit products
• Handle customer acquisition and lead conversion
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMIs, and eligibility
• Coordinate with internal credit, risk, and operations teams
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate customer, CRM, and sales records
• Ensure compliance with BFSI, NBFC, and company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 04 years of experience in:
• Loan Sales / Credit Sales
• Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Fintech
• Experience in:
• Personal Loans
• Business Loans
• Credit Cards
• Consumer / Unsecured Loans
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Target-driven mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Basic understanding of credit assessment & lending process is a plus
