  1. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE


  1. Underwriting of Home loans cases

  2. Monitoring of Portfolio of Home Loan for the Branch.

  3. Ensuring Process and Policies are adhered to.

  4. Ensuring TAT is met for all activities related to credit for the branch.

  5. CO-ordinate with Distribution/Business.

  • Handling portfolio from 0.1 Cr to 50 Cr

  • Supervising the monthly disbursement of 1-60 files from the assigned area


  • Efficient TAT management by credit team



  1. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE


Business


  • Carry out detailed business analysis and recommend a proposal to the delegated authority.

  • Visit each case within prescribed TAT.

  • Prepare CAM and Financial Analysis for the case.

  • Visit neighbors, suppliers, customers for the reference checks.

  • Visit property and conduct due diligence in identifying the property


Customer


  • Knowledge of customer segments in various markets of India and their performance histories.

  • Knowledge of negative profiles, negative property types and negative property locations

  • Knowledge of property valuation process through vendors and knowledge & keen

  • interest in monitoring current property price / historical property prices.

  • Meet appropriate customers for understanding of their needs

  • Conduct underwriting for cases under purview

  • Pick up EWS for the set of clients in his area

  • Maintain portfolio quality of the Branch/hub/Cluster as per company norms.

  • Monitoring and tracking of HL Loan cases.

  • Maintain various standard MIS for HL Loan.


Internal Process


Appropriate Intervention to manage ground level risk effectively.

Ensure adherence to RBI regulations on documentation and KYC compliance.

LUC and periodic loan monitoring framework

Provide Audit Compliance.


Learning & Performance


Maintain up to date knowledge of HL and other related products.

Upgrade self about changes happening in the market.

Networking with other NBFCs/Banks to have a deeper understanding of the Industry and its perspectives



  1. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS



Educational

Qualifications

  • Graduate, preferably in commerce and related streams



Experience(Years and Core Experience Type)

  • Preferred experience of 2-3 years in Credit LAP/Mortgage Loans/MSME Loans Loan products.



Certifications

  • NA



Functional Skills

  • Knowledge of Credit in LAP/Mortgage Loans/MSME Loans including term loans and overdrafts

  • Business Analysis Skills

  • Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office, Outlook) / Ease of technology usage (tablet/smartphone)

  • KYC norms/guidelines for business loans

  • Basic Knowledge of security- hypothecation and mortgage

  • Communication Skills - fluent in the local language & can read-write basic English
