Post Disbursement Quality check of all the Kisan Pragati Card, Kisan Suvidha Loan and any other new products getting launched under Rural banking
Ensure timely processing and recommendation to Operations for loan booking
Ensures the terms and conditions stipulated in the sanction letter are complied before initiating disbursement
Dispatch of files to the Operations Hub for loan account creation/disbursement, handling of queries raised by operations and resolving them through co-ordination with branch
Ensure all the documents as per the product guidelines are obtained/arranged in the files before initiating account opening process
Backend CIBIL or Equifax/High Mark Bureau report generation on the request of Field Team
Ensure Quality approvals and error free processing of forms (FIFO basis) in line with regular business requirement.
Must ensure the underwriting quality on a comprehensive approach by escalating where ever breach of guidelines of respective product
Extend backup and support for PD in absence of credit officer –field
Imparting training to the Distribution team of Rural banking/microfinance on the KPC, Agri composite loans, and other assigned products on the proposal flow in QC and common errors observed during QC
Conduct Loan Utilization Checks for the recent disbursement cases as per policy.
Ensure to participate and drive the successful implementation of technology based projects at backend and field
Responsible for handling the vendor bills viz., advocate bills, technical valuers bills etc.
Engage in collections for recovery, follow up for Incremental overdues and non-starters
To handle tranche disbursements/ sub limit disbursements as per sanction terms and conditions
Responsible for collection and tracking of AODs from branches and updating it in system through Operations team
Robust QC at backend-Checking the availability of all the documents as per the Kisan Pragati Card/ KSL checklist both in terms of pre-sanction and post sanction documents
Share critical findings & instances of policy/process violation identified with supervisor
Ensure completeness of post disbursement documents, follow up for if gaps any
Ensure that the Issue/ deviations / policy/ process violation are escalated appropriately to the concerned department and supervisors for implementation of penalty matrix.
Attend audit closure meetings to understand identified issues & take necessary corrective measures.
To fallow up and collect the pending post disbursement documents through a tracker
To maintain MIS on Crop Insurance data, tracker on backend credit performance with respect to in TAT and out TAT etc.
To maintain MIS on the vendor bill (Legal & technical) processed month on month and resolving the issues/escalations pertaining to the same
Handholding and Assistance to Credit Officers in controlling their Error rates. Error Reports for all such Credit Officers should be shared with them and concerned managers every month.
Responsible for instructing and execution of any sanction terms such as netting off/ account transfer/ DD issuance to the vendor etc.
Should interact and establish co-ordination with all the stake holders for smooth functioning of business
To manage back end process related to security updation in LMS and LOS, periodical revaluation of the properties as per bank’s collateral management policy
To manage and support collections by coordinating for issuance of various notices and to provide the update on legal actions initiated on default customers.
To ensure AOD is being obtained for all the customers as per defined timelines.
Maintain up to date knowledge of all the products and the geography
Timely completion of E-Learning module in Swayam, handy train, Hello English etc.
Upgrade self and branch team about changes happening in the market
New products being introduced and new systems being adopted to be learnt quickly and to be adopted.
Keep updated with SLBC / DLC meetings & annual reports for information on investment on different types of crops for KCC / Agri limits. Keep abreast with ongoing farming operations in the field & market.
Networking with other NBFCs / Banks to have a deeper understanding of the Industry and its perspectives
Clear Annual Certification Test and Test Score of internal assignments
Ensure necessary feedback is given to supervisors on regular basis about the credit policies, processes and systems for effective and efficient underwriting
Improve the probing skills to identify any issues in the field and report critical findings / observations for necessary action.
Work in close co-ordination with team members, participate in discussion to improve back-end processes and activities
