Position description:

To adhere the process of credit and operations with zero error

Primary Responsibilities:

• Proficiently manage day to day operation of the respective branch credit team
• Ensure effective team management and assist them to achieve desired results.
• Deliver the monthly underwriting targets
• Identify and analyze quality-based files for an origination and provide feedback to the RO’s.
• Connect with the ACM on daily basis in respect of keeping him abreast to the branch activities
• Coordinate with the sales team for the movement of files across stages.
• Ensure all PDD and OTCs are closed within defined timelines.
• Ensure all fee collected are deposited within defined timelines.
• Ensure zero error cash reconciliation process.
• Ensure service request resolution is to be done within the stipulated time.
• Ensure all housekeeping responsibilities including storage of files, vault custody, cash management etc. are done as per laid down standards with zero error.
• Provide satisfactory product information and effectively resolve customer issues within the stipulated time.
• Demonstrate discipline and integrity in the branch.
