We are looking for a Credit Modeling Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a Product mindset to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong hands-on exposure to credit risk models and enjoy working at the intersection of domain expertise, product development, and client engagement .

Role Overview

As a Product SME Credit Modeling , you will act as the go-to expert for credit risk and analytical products, while also contributing to product strategy, client discussions, and pre-sales activities. You will play a key role in translating complex credit models into clear, business-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for credit modeling products (PD, LGD, ECL, RAROC, etc.)
• Explain complex credit risk concepts in a simple and structured manner to clients and internal stakeholders
• Support pre-sales and client pitches , including product demos
• Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Track regulatory changes and market trends impacting credit analytics
• Gather client feedback and drive product enhancements
• Contribute to product roadmap and positioning for credit analytics solutions

Required Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / FRM
• 3+ years of experience in Credit Risk / Credit Modeling within:
• Banks
• NBFCs
• Risk advisory / consulting firms
