Key roles and responsibilities | Maintaining Credit Quality as desired by the Senior Management ü Credit Appraisal Underwriting – Maintaining quality of appraisal and TAT for decisioning of the case ü Meeting the loan borrowers and the applicants for personal interaction based on the risk profile of cases. ü Basic knowledge of banking ü Training – provide training to internal team members and intra departments/ channel partners ü Preliminary screening of borrower’s profiles for maintaining the input quality of credit system. ü Process and Policy Understanding and Implementation ü First level document check for fraud prevention, data correction and information completeness. ü Managing Delinquency ratios ü Vendor Management ü Knowledge of Mortgage Industry and awareness of related risk ü Contribute to development of new techniques improvement of process and workflows by applying in-depth knowledge ü Develop recommendations to adjust credit policies by analysing credit and financial performance Implementation of risk management tools, Initiate processes Improvement and Impart training: ü Adherence to credit decisioning parameters as per Credit Policy on loan proposals ü Initiate and Implement process improvements for better customer experience thereby maintaining the organizations risk appetite. ü Structured training to be imparted for both internal teams as well as business associates on a regular basis. ü Work along with business teams to ensure timely delivery and controlled quality Fraud Risk: ü Risk analysis ü Analysing the local market and keep updating the central team on fraudulent colleges, negative areas and profiles Relationship Management, Customer Service and Team management: ü Excellence in service delivery on business processes, Inter departmental relationship management skills, Customer oriented process improvement. ü Keen team player, Self-motivating personality, good people management skills and an excellent motivator ü Communication Techniques | ||
Qualifications | ü Graduate in any field; MBA in Finance or Professional Degree of Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferrable | ||
Experience & Skills | ü 3-5 years of related work experience in the financial service sector ü Good Communication and report writing skills ü Good Knowledge of Computer applications ü Team Worker, Analytical skills, Self Motivated ü Result oriented |
