Job Description

Job Description 1:

Experience: 3 to 5 years (2 Testers onsite Mumbai location)


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Payments with exposure to testing related products & services
  • Having good knowledge of Payment Gateway & Digital payments systems BBPS , UPI, Payment Gateway , POS, Merchant settlement, Payment Systems- file processing
  • Managing software development teams and software development lifecycles (SDLC)
  • Experience of published testing dashboard (%completion, defect severity, regression testing, etc)
  • Support knowledge for PLSQL, Jira, Agile.


Responsibilities:

  • Formally track testing- publish dashboards
  • Comply with JIRA, e.g record and update JIRA in terms test cases, results, defect screenshots, etc


Skills Required:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
  • Good written (formal) and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of payment systems and processes
  • Ability to learn quickly and independently, and to share knowledge with team mates.


Job Description 2:


Experience: 3 to 5 years (2 Tester onsite Mumbai location)

1 ) Domain experience (Loyalty Management)

  • Minimum 35+ years handson experience managing loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrated ownership of the endtoend lifecycle: accrual, redemption, expiry/forfeiture, earn/burn controls, partner onboarding

2) Product & process knowledge

  • Comfort with product development lifecycle: BRD/FSD creation, UAT planning/execution, release readiness, risk & control checkpoints, and postproduction monitoring.
  • Clarity on operational workflows: campaign execution, reconciliation, exception handling, and customer communication journeys.

3) Systems & tooling exposure

  • Working knowledge of Loyalty Management Systems (LMS) / admin portals, rule configuration, promo code management, campaign/offer engines, and MIS/reporting.
  • Familiarity with integrations (files/APIs), data validations, and audit/compliance guardrails.

4) Communication & stakeholder management

  • Ability to explain own processes confidently, articulate tradeoffs, and collaborate with business, IT, QA, and vendors.

Technical Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the financial services or credit card domain.
  • Proficiency in credit card processes and functionalities.
  • Functional knowledge of Prime/Online systems..
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including business and technology teams..
  • Ability to translate business use cases into clear technical requirements.
