CredFlows lending arm is building a high-performance SME credit engine focused on working capital, unsecured lending, and embedded finance solutions. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Credit Manager Credit & Operations who understands MSME lending and thrives in execution-driven environments.

Role Overview

You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day credit operations, supporting underwriting, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with NBFC/banking partners for smooth disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily credit and loan operations in collaboration with team leads

* Support underwriting by reviewing applications and ensuring policy compliance

* Coordinate with NBFCs/banks for seamless loan disbursal

* Ensure KYC/AML and regulatory adherence

* Track credit performance and operational metrics

* Drive process improvements in credit workflows

* Support policy refinements using data insights

Ideal Candidate Profile

* 36 years of experience in credit operations / underwriting

* NBFC / Fintech / MSME lending experience preferred

* Strong understanding of unsecured and working capital products

* Analytical mindset with strong ownership

* Comfortable working cross-functionally

* Familiarity with LOS / LMS systems is a plus
