Role Brief:
We are looking for a Credit Analyst with 34 years of experience in financial analysis and credit evaluation. The role involves assessing company financials, preparing detailed credit memos, and supporting debt-related transactions through structured analysis and documentation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of companies, including financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and business model evaluation
- Prepare detailed credit notes, investment memorandums, teasers, pitch decks, and other transaction-related documents
- Develop and review financial models to assess funding requirements and repayment capacity
- Evaluate proposals through analysis of financial statements, CMA data, and supplementary information
- Perform fundamental and industry analysis, including peer comparison and intrinsic value assessment
- Coordinate due diligence processes and support end-to-end deal execution
- Liaise with stakeholders including lenders, financial institutions, rating agencies, and internal teams
- Assist in structuring debt transactions, refinancing, restructuring, and one-time settlements
- Support pre- and post-disbursement compliance and documentation processes
- Role Requirements: 34 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, equity research, or financial advisory
- Strong expertise in financial statement analysis and financial modeling
- Ability to draft clear and structured credit memos and analytical reports
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
