Job Summary :

Skill – Credit Analyst (OTC)

Role:  Team Member

Desired Exp: Range: 3 - 8 years

Location – Kolkata

Experience:

• 3-8 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes in the area of Evaluating credit risk,  Review credit limits of existing customers, Analyze financial data of potential customers and existing customers per company policy preferably within a large organization
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Solid understanding of accounts receivable and billing processes.
• Experience in generating and analysing financial reports.
  
  

 Key Responsibilities:

• Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective customer
• Examine financial transactions and credit history case by case (applications, statements, balance sheets, legal documents etc)
• Complete ratio, trend and cash flows analyses and create projections
• Determine in depth the degree of risk involved
• Carefully analyse data and produce clear and objective reports
• Routinely monitor loans for compliance
• Adhere to credit policy and guidelines
• Monitor corporate portfolio asset quality on an ongoing basis
• Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns
  
  

ERP System Utilization & Reporting:

• Leverage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to automate and streamline O2C processes.
• Extract, analyze, and report on key metrics (e.g., aging reports, DSO) to assist with decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvements and automation initiatives within the O2C process.
