Creator & Influencer Manager (UGC & Performance Marketing)


Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-time


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Creator & Influencer Manager to build, manage, and scale a large pool of content creators for performance-led UGC advertising. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, content strategy, and creator partnerships. The ideal candidate understands short-form content deeply, works with speed, and can maintain creative consistency while delivering high-volume outputs. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to conceptualize, source, and execute UGC-style ads with creators with fast turnaround time (TAT) and strong performance intent.


Key Responsibilities


1. Creator Sourcing & Outreach

  • Identify and build a scalable database of UGC creators across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
  • Daily outreach to creators via Instagram DMs, email, and other communication channels.
  • Build relationships with nano, micro, and mid-tier creators.
  • Maintain a structured creator database with pricing, niche, availability, and performance history.
  • Continuously expand the creator pool to ensure scalability.

2. UGC Ad Production (Performance Focused)

  • Coordinate UGC ad production aligned with performance marketing briefs.
  • Ensure creators follow script guidelines, hooks, pacing, and performance-driven structures.
  • Drive fast TAT for content delivery.
  • Maintain creative consistency across batches of ads.
  • Ensure variations in hooks, angles, and messaging for testing.

3. Performance Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance marketing managers to:
  • Understand winning hooks and ad angles
  • Produce multiple iterations for A/B testing
  • Scale successful creator formats
  • Adapt scripts based on CAC, CTR, ROAS feedback.
  • Create a repeatable system for high-performing UGC production.

4. Creative Quality Control

  • Review submitted videos for:
  • Ad compliance
  • Audio clarity
  • Hook strength
  • Brand alignment
  • Messaging accuracy
  • Provide structured feedback to creators.
  • Ensure content matches brand tone and performance objectives.

5. Process & System Building

  • Build SOPs for:
  • Creator onboarding
  • Script handover
  • Video submission process
  • Revision cycles
  • Track creator timelines and ensure delivery discipline.
  • Maintain documentation of creatives, results, and insights.
  • Optimize cost vs output efficiency.

6. Negotiation & Budget Management

  • Negotiate creator pricing for bulk deliverables.
  • Manage creator payouts.
  • Ensure cost efficiency for performance ad scalability.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Experience

14 years of experience in:

  • Influencer marketing
  • Creator management
  • UGC production
  • Experience working with D2C, fintech, quick commerce, or app-based brands preferred.


Core Skills

  • Strong understanding of UGC-style performance ads and social media content
  • Ability to handle high-volume content production.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously.
  • Fast execution mindset.


Language Requirements

  • Fluent in Hindi (spoken & written).
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Ability to brief creators in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to write or adapt scripts in both languages.
