Creator Growth & Community Marketer

We are looking for a high-energy operator to be the bridge between our artists, our buyers, and our brands. Youll be driving growth for Book An Artist (the AU Artist powerhouse) and Wescover (the US Design trend curator). This isnt just "posting on social" its a multifaceted role that combines community management, account growth, and content engine fueling. If you can charm an artist into sending you their best WIP shots and then turn that into a high-performing Pinterest pin, youre exactly who were looking for.

What Youll Actually Be Doing

• Curate a World-Class Marketplace: Review artist profiles and move them from "pending" to "live" with collection pages that look so good buyers cant help but click.
• Fuel the Creator Side: Build relationships with artists and sellers to secure TrustPilot reviews, high-res project images, and referrals for new talent.
• Turn Buyers into Advocates: Reach out to buyers to collect featured images and Instagram handles, turning one-off projects into long-term case studies and repeat leads.
• Feed the Social Machine: Take the raw assets youve sourced and transform them into a daily rhythm of Stories and Feed posts across Instagram and Pinterest for both brands.

What Success Looks Like

• In 3 Months: Youve mastered the onboarding flow and our collection pages are fresher than ever. Youve established a rapport with our top 50 sellers.
• In 6 Months: Youve built a self-sustaining library of user-generated content (UGC) and WIP assets that keep our social channels buzzing without you having to "hunt" for content every morning.

The Kit (Experience & Education)

We value talent over transcripts, but there are a few things you need to bring to the table:

• Experience: 24 years in Digital Marketing, Community Management, or Marketplace Ops. If youve worked for a creative agency or a startup, youre already ahead.
• Mobile-First Mentality: You practically live on your phone and are lightning-fast with social apps natively. You know the quirks, the trends, and the tools without needing a desktop dashboard.
• Creator DNA (Bonus Points): Its a massive plus if youve built your own brand or have a solid following. We love working with people who actually understand the hustle of growing an audience from zero.
• Education: A Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but if you have a proven track record of growing a community from scratch, we want to see it.
• Toolbox: You should be comfortable with a CRM or project management tool (like Airtable, Notion, or Trello) and basic mobile editing (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express).
• Communication: Your written English needs to be sharp, witty, and adaptable. You can write a professional email to a high-end buyer and a hype-filled DM to a street artist in the same hour.
