Role Overview
This role focuses on performance ad thinking across formats like statics, carousels, memes, and
short-form videos. You will work on creative strategy and ad ideation for a kids' D2C brand not
video production or social media management.
Key Responsibilities
* Research high-performing ads and competitor creatives in kids, parenting, and D2C categories
* Identify storytelling patterns, emotional hooks, and formats that resonate with Indian parents
* Generate ad concepts and messaging angles across awareness, consideration, and
conversion stages
* Write sharp creative briefs hooks, formats, angles that designers and editors can execute
directly
* Build structured creative testing batches across statics, carousels, reels, and short-form video
* Analyse CTR, ROAS, and conversion data to understand what's working and what to kill
* Brief UGC creators, mom influencers, and educator partners for authentic content
* Own the content calendar across launches, festive campaigns, school season, and gifting
moments
* Understand how creatives impact CTR, conversions, and repeat purchase
Requirements
* Strong interest in ads, brand creatives, and what makes people click and buy
* Good visual understanding premium vs viral vs mass-market aesthetics
* Ability to identify patterns in ads and articulate why they work
* Emotional understanding of the Indian parent what builds trust, urgency, and love for a kids'
brand
* Basic knowledge of Meta / Instagram ads and the D2C funnel
* Clear thinking and structured idea presentation you brief well, you communicate well
* Comfortable working fast, testing often, and iterating without losing brand consistency
