Creative Strategist (UGC & Performance Creatives)

Location: Delhi (Hybrid)

Work Mode: 4 days WFO

Neuroid is a premium performance marketing agency working with fast-scaling D2C brands. Were building a serious UGC & creative engine , and were looking for a Creative Strategist who can own both creative strategy and client/account management end-to-end.

If you understand what makes ads convert , can communicate clearly with clients , and can translate strategy into scripts, storyboards, and execution guidelines , this role is for you.

• Own the UGC & ad creative strategy for assigned D2C brands
• Develop winning concepts based on performance data, hooks, angles, and offers
• Write UGC scripts , ad scripts, and concept breakdowns
• Create visual storyboards / shot-by-shot guidance for creators & actors
• Define clear creative guidelines for editors (pacing, hooks, CTAs, formats)

• Be the primary point of contact for creative-related client communication
• Present concepts, explain strategy, take feedback, and align expectations
• Coordinate internally with media buyers, editors, creators & production
• Ensure timely delivery , clarity, and quality across all creative outputs
• Act as the bridge between client goals creative execution

• Strong communication skills (spoken + written) this is a client-facing role
• Solid understanding of performance creatives / D2C advertising
• Ability to think in hooks, angles, storytelling & conversions , not just ideas

Experience with:

• UGC ads
• Creative strategy for Meta
• Scriptwriting & concept development
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts & stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Bonus: Experience working with creators, influencers, or video editors

• Work with ambitious D2C brands scaling aggressively
