Schbang is looking for a Creative Strategist with a strong copywriting foundation from a digital-first advertising agency. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who can combine sharp writing skills with strategic insight to develop compelling digital and integrated campaigns. The candidate should be comfortable translating brand challenges into powerful ideas and executing them across platforms while contributing to high-impact creative output.



Responsibilities

  • Develop original, campaign-worthy ideas for digital and integrated platforms aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Write clear, engaging, and innovative copy across formats including digital films, reels, social media, scripts, headlines, and branded content
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Design, Media, and Business teams to bring ideas to life
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and actively shape campaign narratives
  • Interpret briefs with a strategic lens and deliver concepts that are insight-driven and culturally relevant
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across touchpoints
  • Stay updated with digital trends, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behavior
  • Participate in pitches and internal presentations with well-structured creative thinking
  • Manage timelines effectively while maintaining high creative standards


Qualifications :

  • Exceptional writing skills with a distinctive creative voice
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop campaign-worthy digital ideas
  • Experience writing across formats such as digital films or reels, social media, scripts, headlines, and integrated campaigns
  • Prior experience in a digital or integrated advertising agency is essential
  • A sharp, updated portfolio that showcases idea-led creative work


Required Skills :

  • 6 Months to 2 years of experience in a digital-first or integrated advertising agency with a copywriting background
  • Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, content formats, and storytelling frameworks
  • Ability to transform marketing objectives into creative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craft
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
