Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Strategist located in Pune. The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing creative strategies, overseeing creative direction, conducting brand strategy, writing, and research. The Creative Strategist will work closely with various teams to align the brand's vision and mission with innovative content and marketing strategies.

Job responsibilities

• Strategy development: Create compelling creative strategies and concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, and content.
• Market analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer demographics and behavior, identify trends, and analyze competitor strategies.
• Campaign management: Oversee the execution of creative campaigns from their initial concept to final delivery.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams, including designers, writers, and marketers, to ensure creative concepts are implemented effectively.
• Performance monitoring: Use data and media buying insights to understand campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Idea generation: Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas to help brands stand out in the market.
