Job Description

Hiring: Creative Strategist (Performance Ads & Content)

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (On-site)

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Salary: 25,000 30,000 / month

Work Mode: On-site only (no remote/hybrid)

Were looking for a Creative Strategist to lead creative thinking for performance-driven ad campaigns across e-commerce and D2C brands.

This role is not a graphic designer position and not a social media posting role. Youll be responsible for deciding what creatives should be made , guiding execution, and aligning clients + designers around high-performing creative directions.

What Youll Be Doing

Creative Strategy & Decision-Making

  • Decide which ad creatives work, which need changes, and which need to be reshot or redesigned.
  • Define creative angles, hooks, formats, and storytelling styles for Meta ads.
  • Guide brands on how creatives should be shot or structured for performance.

Client Communication (Creative-Focused)

  • Communicate creative requirements clearly to clients.
  • Help clients understand why certain creatives are needed for better performance.
  • Share feedback, references, and improvement points professionally.

Creative Research & Market Analysis

  • Conduct regular competitor research using Meta Ad Library.
  • Analyze what type of creatives competitors are running and why.
  • Track trends, formats, and patterns across industries and niches.

Designer & Execution Oversight

  • Guide the designer with clear briefs, references, and feedback.
  • Oversee POD (Print-on-Demand) design concepts and executions.
  • Ensure creatives match brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices.
Who This Role Is For
  • You understand ads, creatives, and consumer psychology .
  • You can instantly tell the difference between a high-performing ad and a weak one.
  • Youre comfortable giving clear feedback and taking ownership of creative quality.
  • You enjoy researching ads, brands, and trends.
  • Youve worked with designers, ads, or content teams before (agency or brand side).
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of digital ad creatives (Meta/Facebook/Instagram).
  • Experience with creative research and competitor analysis.
  • Good communication skills (client-facing).
  • Familiarity with Meta Ad Library.
  • Interest in e-commerce, D2C brands, fashion, or lifestyle niches.
  • On-site availability in Dwarka, New Delhi.
