Job Description
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who understands Gen Z culture, internet behaviour, and digital-first storytelling. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with new-age / Gen Zfocused brands and excels at meme marketing, reel scripting, social-first campaigns, and trend-led content that drives relevance and engagement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead creative strategy and ideation for Gen Zfocused and digital-first brands across social media platforms.
Conceptualise reels, short-form videos, meme-led content, and cultural moment marketing ideas aligned with current internet trends.
Develop end-to-end campaign ideasfrom insight and concept to scripts, content formats, and execution frameworks.
Present creative ideas, content strategies, and campaign plans confidently to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate daily with Account Management and Design teams to ensure strategic alignment and strong execution.
Provide clear creative and visual direction to designers, video editors, and junior creatives.
Translate brand tone, audience behaviour, and platform nuances into high-performing social content.
Actively track and leverage Gen Z trends, pop culture, memes, platform updates, and digital conversations.
Stay updated with emerging platforms, formats, and creator-led content trends.
Skills & Expertise Required
Proven experience working with new-age brands.
Strong understanding of social media ecosystems (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Hands-on experience in:
Meme marketing
Reel & short-form video scripting
Trend-based and moment marketing
Digital-first campaign ideation
Ability to think culture-first, not just brand-first.
Excellent storytelling, scripting, and conceptual thinking skills.
Strong presentation and articulation skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to guide and inspire junior team members.
Attention to detail with a strong sense of visual and content aesthetics.
Working knowledge of content formats, creator trends, and platform algorithms is a plus.
Good to Have
Experience working in a digital agency or social-first environment.
Exposure to creator marketing or influencer-led campaigns.
Awareness of award-winning digital and social campaigns
