About the Role

The Creative Strategist will be responsible for leading creative strategy, managing client accounts, and delivering high-quality campaigns across social media, internal communication, and digital channels. This role requires strong storytelling skills, impeccable client communication, project ownership, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, conceptualise, and develop creative strategies for brand campaigns across digital, social media, and employer branding.
  • Create content directions, campaign narratives, social media strategies, and messaging frameworks.
  • Has an interest in exploring employer branding communications both internal and external.
  • Write copy for campaigns, social media, video scripts, and internal communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams designers & video editors to execute deliverables.
  • Manage client communication, briefing sessions, idea presentations, and feedback integration.
  • Ensure timely approvals, revisions, and delivery of all marketing assets.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in creative strategy, digital communication, and copywriting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to convert briefs into structured, actionable creative directions.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills.
  • Prior experience in a digital agency environment is preferred.


Experience Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Experience in both creative strategy and account management is preferred.
  • Experience handling multi-industry clients or complex digital campaigns is preferred.


Education

Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
