Role:

As aCreative Strategist, you will be the driving force behind innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns. Youll blend creativity with analytical thinking to develop compelling content strategies, brand narratives, and campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:Conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
• Content Ideation:Develop compelling storytelling approaches for digital campaigns, social media, video, and other formats.
• Market Research & Insights:Analyze audience behavior, trends, and competitor strategies to inform creative decisions.
• Creative Briefing:Translate insights into clear, actionable briefs for designers, copywriters, and production teams.
• Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to bring ideas to life.
• Performance Analysis:Monitor campaign effectiveness, leveraging data to refine and optimize creative strategies.
• Brand Development:Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Content Strategist, or similar role in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data interpretation.
• Experience working with designers, videographers, and content creators.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Alcobev and FMCG.
• Background in psychology, marketing, or communications is advantageous.
