Creative Strategist

We are hiring a full-time Creative Strategist to join a structured, performance-driven marketing operation. This is a hybrid position based in Kolkata (Sector V) , requiring regular in-office presence in addition to remote work.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of performance advertising , creative strategy for image and video ads , and the broader eCommerce and direct-response marketing ecosystem .

The Creative Strategist will be responsible for defining, testing, and optimizing creative strategies across paid advertising channels. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and performance analytics , working closely with media buyers, designers, and video editors to produce scalable, high-performing ads.

• Develop and execute creative strategies for image ads, video ads, and UGC-style creatives
• Analyze creative performance metrics including hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Continuously test and optimize creatives based on performance data
• Collaborate with media buying and production teams
• Align creative direction with funnel stages and conversion goals

• Proven experience in creative strategy for performance advertising
• Strong understanding of paid media dynamics and creative testing frameworks
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable creative direction
• Solid knowledge of eCommerce and direct-response marketing
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup with in-office presence in Kolkata (Sector V)
