About the Role:

Idiotic Media is looking for a highly driven and imaginative Creative Strategist to shape compelling digital campaign strategies for our brand partners. The ideal candidate should come with prior advertising agency experience , a strong understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate insights into impactful creative directions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic frameworks and creative approaches for digital and influencer-led campaigns.
• Work closely with the creative, client servicing, and influencer teams to craft campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor landscape to create strong campaign narratives.
• Ideate content strategies for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
• Present strategies, concepts, and campaign directions to both internal teams and clients.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication touchpoints.
• Collaborate with teams to refine creative output and maintain strategic cohesion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience , preferably in advertising or influencer marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, pop culture, and content trends.
• Ability to manage multiple brand requirements with clarity and precision.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
