We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can convert brand goals into powerful creative ideas and marketing campaigns. ( MALAYALAM LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY IS MANDATORY )

Role Overview

The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing content strategies, brand positioning ideas, and creative concepts for both digital and outdoor marketing campaigns. The role involves ideation, scripting, and coordinating creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop content strategies for brands across social media platforms

Create creative campaign ideas and marketing concepts

Work on brand positioning and communication strategy

Generate creative ideas for outdoor marketing (billboards, hoardings, activations, etc.)

Write scripts for reels, videos, and branded content

Plan and coordinate content shoots and production execution

Collaborate with designers, editors, and production teams

Ensure campaigns align with brand identity and marketing objectives

Requirements

Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability

Understanding of brand strategy and marketing communication

Experience in content planning and campaign ideation

Knowledge of social media trends and digital content formats

Ability to manage creative execution and production coordination

Preferred

Experience in a digital marketing agency / advertising agency / media company

13 years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, or brand planning
