Job Description
We are looking for a Conceptualiser / Creative Strategist who can originate strong, culture-led ideas and turn them into scalable 360 brand experiences. This role is central to building event concepts, intellectual properties (IPs), on-trade activations, and off-trade promotions for premium alcobev, luxury, and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop integrated creative strategies for brand campaigns and experiential platforms, ensuring ideas translate seamlessly across multiple consumer touchpoints.
* Conceptualise events, festivals, IPs, on-trade activations, and off-trade promotions.
* Create clear creative briefs, campaign narratives, and idea frameworks for internal teams and partners.
* Build 360 marketing and promotion plans aligned to brand objectives and consumer journeys.
* Collaborate closely with the design, and production team to bring ideas to life.
* Present concepts, insights, and strategic thinking confidently to clients.
* Stay abreast of cultural trends, consumer behaviour, and category dynamics within alcobev and lifestyle spaces.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand planning, or conceptual roles (agency experience preferred).
* Proven experience working on alcobev brands; luxury or lifestyle experience is a strong advantage.
* Strong understanding of experiential marketing, events and on-ground activations.
* Ability to think conceptually while remaining execution-aware.
* Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
