Creative Strategist / Creative Copywriter

About the Role

We are looking for a creative thinker who can write and ideate - someone who can turn brand briefs into powerful influencer-led ideas and express them through compelling copy and pitch-worthy narratives.

If you understand Instagram culture, trends, memes, and creator ecosystems - and can translate them into campaign ideas that actually work - this role is for you.

This role sits at the intersection of ideation, storytelling, influencer strategy, and copywriting , and requires both creative depth and execution clarity.

Key Requirements

• 1+ year of agency experience in creative, digital, influencer marketing, or content roles.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, witty, and culturally relevant copy .
• Proven ability to ideate campaign concepts and contribute to pitch decks and proposals.
• Deep understanding of Instagram trends, reels culture, meme formats, and creator behavior .
• Experience working with designers, strategists, and influencer teams.
• Comfortable creating and presenting ideas using PowerPoint / Canva / Google Slides .
• Strong communication skills with confidence to explain ideas clearly to internal teams or clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret brand briefs and develop influencer-led campaign ideas and content strategies .
• Write high-impact copy for social media posts, reels, captions, scripts, taglines, and campaigns .
• Ideate trend-driven concepts aligned with platform behaviour and audience insights.
• Build structured creative narratives for campaign decks, proposals, and presentations .
• Collaborate with influencer and design teams to ensure ideas are executable and on-ground ready .
• Stay updated on Instagram trends, pop culture, viral formats, and digital conversations .
• Support pitching of creative ideas with strong storytelling and strategic reasoning.
• Adapt tone and writing style across multiple brands while maintaining clarity and creativity.
