Job Description
This one is for folks with up to (maximum of) two years of experience as a creative strategist, client management or account planning. Dont worry. This is not one of those job posts that expect 5 years of experience from freshers. #LOL . That said, candidates with a background in agencies, internal communications and psychology would have an added edge.
If Selected, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Working on key brands and contribute to the creation of social campaigns.
- Working across multiple platforms to drive engagement as our Solutions Strategist.
- You must have the skill to decode client feedback and provide strategic inputs to the design and content teams.
- The ability to establish a content strategy that is in sync with the brands philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and devise strategic content while upholding the creativity standards of our agency.
- Monitoring digital & new media industry trends to better strategies on a timely basis and create insight led reports.
- Managing media innovation on social platforms like LinkedIn & Instagram for key client accounts.

What your workday will look like?
- Based out Mumbai this role will require you to come to office minimum 3 days a week where you will plan and execute campaigns across various digital platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram
- You will work closely with client teams, and our internal content and design teams.
- You will gaze the ceiling while developing ideas that simply click
- Find yourself surrounded by with numbers as you prepare monthly reports with quantitative as well as qualitative insights around the brand to enhance future strategies.
- This role is 50% ideation and 50% execution. Hold back if you cant manage both.
