Job Description
The Creative Strategist Brand & Narrative will contribute to shaping the brands storytelling, narrative direction, and content judgment.
This is a strategy-led role focused on defining brand voice, ensuring narrative consistency, and elevating content quality without being involved in execution or social media operations.
This is a thinking role with taste, not an execution role.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the brands narrative, worldview, and tone
- Track global trends across luxury, wellness, architecture, hospitality, and culture
- Translate insights into clear content themes and long-term story arcs
- Create strong creative briefs for external agencies
- Review content to ensure alignment with brand tone and long-term direction
- Decide what content should not be created or published
- Protect the brand from noise, dilution, and short-term trend chasing
Ideal Profile
- 47 years in content strategy, brand strategy, editorial planning, or creative strategy
- Experience with premium, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, architecture, media, or design-led brands
- Agency background preferred
- Strong taste, cultural awareness, and narrative judgment
- Ability to think long-term beyond campaigns
- Clear articulation of strategic thinking
